Hair Colour & Other Hair Scalp & Skin Treatments & Products Allergy Policy

If you:

  • Are you new to our centre or have service rendered after a long period 
  • Never had a colour before or newly enhanced products been used 
  • Have experienced any sort of sensitivities or reactions to colouring your hair before
  • Product or treatment results are different than expected such as colour outcome straightening smoothening outcome or hair growth issues. 
  • hair growth oral supplements are safe and non-synthetic made of whole food

We recommend a sensitivity test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment. 
There is no need to make a booking for your allergy test.
If time does not permit and you are unable to have the allergy test done, it will be mutually agreed  XULUTIONCARE PTE LTD and THE SCALP SHOP SG XULUPATHYENRICHMENT CLINIC  will not be responsible and/or liable concerning the application, processing and/or other consequences.
